Adelfas is the most modern part of the district, featuring newer construction and better road access (near the M-30 and A-3). It is less 'historic' but offers more modern building amenities like underground parking and elevators. The tradeoff is that it lacks the cultural identity of the other Retiro barrios and can feel a bit more generic in its architecture.
