Overview
This is the most 'upscale' side of Tetuán, bordering the Paseo de la Castellana. It is defined by mid-century high-rises and proximity to the financial district (AZCA). It feels much more professional and 'ordered' than the rest of the district. The tradeoff is that it can feel a bit soulless or corporate at night compared to the more vibrant southern barrios.
