Known locally as 'La Prospe,' this neighborhood is famous for its market and its community feel. It is the most approachable and lively part of Chamartín. While it lacks the 'posh' feel of El Viso, it offers excellent value, great local bars, and a very grounded atmosphere. The tradeoff is that some blocks are quite dense and lack architectural charm.
