Overview

Sol is the literal center of the city and the country (Kilometer Zero). Life here is defined by constant movement, major retail flagship stores, and the city's best public transport connections. While incredibly convenient, the tradeoff is that it feels more like a commercial hub than a 'neighborhood.' It is rarely quiet, and most residents are transient or staying in short-term rentals.
